Cancellation/Refund

AS Tech Solutions follows a transparent and no fuss Cancellation and Refund policy.

We believe that every effort should be made to reach a solution that is fully acceptable reciprocally in case of any situation where dissatisfaction related to services comes. Only when things are completely out of hand that refund should be considered.

By registering for any of our services you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the Cancellation and Refund policy.

We process refund requests as per the following program.

Full Refund

A full refund will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order as well as if execution of the project has not started already.

Proportionate Refund

A partial refund will be issued as per the judgment of the service provider if we fail to complete the project in accordance with the contract of agreement. The amount will be calculated by AS Tech Solutions taking into account the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project.

No Refund

If the project is completed and deployed on the server or the client has access to the compiled/source code of the work done by AS Tech Solutions, no refunds will be provided.

If the client is not satisfied with any level of work, he must immediately bring it to the notice of assigned project manager and ask for any discounts for the work loss. Any negotiations at a later date will not be entertained.

Processing of Cancellation and Refund Requests

This policy does not have any application for companies/services that are not owned or controlled by AS Tech Solutions. This includes any third-party service and/or product providers bound/implemented by contract such as hosting, plugins, Firebase services, etc.

Any refund claim is not applicable if the required information for the successful completion of the project is not given to us at proper time. If there is delay or failure in completion of the project due to improper communication from client, it cannot be attributed to AS Tech Solutions.

There is no provision for compensation for the delay of delivery under any conditions.

Our final aim is to come to a mutually acceptable solution. Even then if for some reason the client is not satisfied and determined to raise the refund claim, kindly mail the cancellation and refund request to contact@astech.solutions only.

Any request will not be valid until it is confirmed by the respective department.

Any approved refund will be processed within 30 business days of the date of cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

AS Tech Solutions is bound by the value of the chunk of the project (as per our proposal) which remains incomplete at a given point of time. AS Tech Solutions is not obligated for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses that may arise related to services/projects developed, provided/not provided, or delayed in the same at any point of time.

The liability to refund holds only if the project has been canceled by the client and such cancellation has been communicated to AS Tech Solutions in writing. We reserve full rights to terminate any project at any point of time without any liability.

Further Changes

AS Tech Solutions may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of AS Tech Solutions website after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.
